I’m Nicolette, owner of Nicolette’s Nails & Education and a proud member of the Magpie Beauty Education team.

My passion for nails began long before my professional journey. As a teenager, I loved experimenting with home kits and press-on nails—often leaving a trail of polish and glitter on the carpet! At just 15, while still in school, I landed a Saturday job at a busy salon, eager to learn the craft properly.

After qualifying, I worked hard to build my own mobile salon business. However, offering detailed nail art and a wide range of services made it clear that the mobile setup wasn’t sustainable—I simply couldn’t bring everything with me! Today, I run my business from my welcoming home salon and deliver all my nail courses from beautiful venues across Hampshire.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of students throughout the country—some just starting their nail journey, others looking to refine their skills. Alongside teaching, I’ve enjoyed creating beautiful nails for regular clients, brides, models, and even had the wonderful opportunity to assist at London Fashion Week.

Now, as a proud Magpie Beauty Educator, I’m passionate about inspiring the next generation of nail technicians and helping others achieve their goals in the industry.
